Client kickoff: Northwind site rebuild (2026-10-06) Dana: Thanks for making time, Tom. The goal today is to agree scope for the Northwind site rebuild and the first milestones. Tom: Great. The big thing for us is the spring campaign. The new site has to be live before March first, that date doesn't move. Dana: Understood. Our plan is to launch the marketing pages first, and do the product catalog in a second phase. Tom: That's fine, as long as the campaign landing pages are in phase one. Dana: Then let's lock that in. Phase one is the marketing pages plus the campaign landing pages. Catalog moves to phase two. Aisha: On the technical side, we'll need access to your current CMS and the analytics account. Without that we can't plan the content migration. Tom: I'll get you both. I can send the credentials over by Friday. Aisha: Thanks. My main concern is the product data. If it lives in that old ERP system, the export could take weeks, and that could push phase two. Tom: Honestly, I don't know where it lives. Our IT team owns that. I'm not sure who the right contact is. Dana: Okay, that's an open question then. Who owns the product data export. Tom, could you find us a contact on the IT side? Tom: Yes, I'll find someone and introduce you this week. Dana: Perfect. On our side, I'll send a written scope and timeline by October fifteenth. Aisha will do a technical audit of the current site. Aisha: I can have the audit done by the twentieth of October. Tom: One question from my boss. Do we need to budget for hosting separately, or is that included? Dana: Good question, I'll check with our finance team and come back to you. Let's set a weekly check in on Tuesdays. Thanks everyone.
